We are thrilled to announce the winners of The 2023 AYF 2023 Midwest Regional Championship! Ohio Dominican University was the stomping grounds for head-to-head competition over the weekend. Players from Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan brought their best level of endurance, speed, tactical knowledge, and mental strength for a chance to win the title of Regional Champs and advance to Nationals in December.

Our players and coaches have worked hard throughout the season and dominated during the 2023 State Championships, where 14 teams won.
We are proud to recognize all the teams, staff, and supporters who participated in the Midwest Regional Championship—a phenomenal congratulations to our victors who will be progressing to contend on a national level in December.
Sound Mind Sound Body looks forward to another thrilling showdown of talent as the best of the Midwest head to represent Metro Detroit and Sound Mind Sound in Florida. Traveling to nationals allows participants to compete against worldwide talent, explore a different setting, bond with their peers, develop skills, and make long-lasting memories to carry on their journey.
