Harassment and Respectful Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited. All participants, staff, volunteers, and partners are expected to treat one another with dignity, respect, and fairness.
Reporting Concerns
Any individual who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or retaliation is encouraged to report the concern to organizational leadership or a designated staff member. Reports will be taken seriously and addressed promptly and confidentially to the extent possible.
