Parents SEMINAR

 

This session will allow parents and coaches the opportunity to discuss and understand specific issues pertaining to the NCAA.


The sessions will focus on 4 topics with each presenter discussing and sharing:


  • Why should you send your child to a football camp or combine? This session will explore the advantages of student-athletes participating in football camps and combines   

  • Marketing and how to develop a sports portfolio for colleges/universities. This session will illustrate to parents and coaches how to market players and the importance of developing a portfolio for college recruiters. 

  • How the ACT/SAT test affects your NCAA scholarship eligibility. This session will focus on the ACT/SAT standardize test and meeting the eligibility requirements. 

  • NCAA requirements for athletic scholarshipsDivision I, II, III athletic financial aid. College and Universities athletic sports programs are in separate divisions and student financial aid is evaluated differently.
