With over 20 years of experience in fostering educational opportunities through SMSB, Mr. Blackwell recognizes John’s inspiring journey of resilience as a perfect fit for this leadership role. He emphasizes that “John’s commitment to family and community aligns perfectly with our mission to increase college readiness and scholarship obtainment among students through out-of-school time (OST) programming.” Together, they aim to expand resources and opportunities for local youth, creating a brighter future for our community.
